J-Sei offers a wide range of activities and classes and has become an important social gathering spot for older adults. Regularly scheduled classes are aimed at gaining new skills, maintaining health and socializing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All new and returning participants are asked to register using the J-Sei Registration 2026 form by clicking on the button below.  You will only need to complete the registration one-time. The demographic information is needed for grant reporting and funding.

Once registered, additional classes and changes can be made by signing on MyActiveCenter or by emailing karol@j-sei.org
